“Firepower” Pacquiao vs Cotto is a WBO Welterweight Championship match which will be held on November 14, 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told the press that this will be richest fight this year because Pacquiao will make over $20 million and Cotto will make over $10 million.
