
Fox’s confirmed that cast members of Glee will sing the national anthem at Game 3 of the World Series which will happen on October 31. Fox’s announced the news few days after NBC pulled out Glee cast performance at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Pop singer Lady Gaga solo tour “The Monster Ball” will kick off on the 27th of November at The Bell Center in Montreal, Canada. Her tour will consist of 22 shows including a two-night finale stand on January 20-21, 2010 at New York’s Radio City Music Hall. Rapper Kid Cudi will be Gaga’s opening on all 22 dates. The Fame: Monster deluxe version of her 2008 debut album The Fame will be release on November 24. Lady Gaga Monster Ball tickets sale will be announce soon.

Wi-Fi Alliance has announced a new way of connecting with friends using Wi-Fi Direct program in a new kind of wi-fi network. According to Wi-Fi Allince press release, Wi-Fi Direct device compliant such as mobile phones, cameras, printers, and notebook computers, to human interface devices such as keyboards and headphones can now connect in pairs or in groups. It only needs only one of the devices to establish the peer-to-peer connection. Wi-Fi Direct will include support for WPA2 (Wi-Fi Protected Access 2) and AES encryption for more secure connections.
“With Wi-Fi technology already shipping in millions of consumer electronics devices and handsets every year, this is a terrific innovation for the industry,” said Victoria Fodale, senior analyst and market intelligence manager at In-Stat. “Empowering devices to move content and share applications without having to join a network brings even more convenience and utility to Wi-Fi-enabled devices.”
Wi-Fi Alliance plans to publish its peer-to-peer specification upon completion, and will begin certifying devices for the Wi-Fi Direct designation in 2010. Read the rest of this entry »
