Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) has already started and Microsoft already unveiled the new Xbox 360 slim which will be release this week and the new Microsoft Kinect (former project natal) on November 2010. E3 is an annual gaming convention event where the best of the best games for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, PC and Mobile phones are announced. Microsoft has unveiled the new Xbox 360 Slim at the E3 2010 in Los Angeles. The new console will be on sale this week for $300 and will be release in UK on July 16th. So what’s inside? The new Xbox 360 Slim has built in Wi-Fi 802.11N, 250 GB hard drive, wireless controller, headset, HDMI input, USB flash drive storage capabilities and a one-year warranty. This will be also Kinect (project natal) ready console as it has a custom Kinect port on the back of the console that directly hooks up to the Kinect sensor for controller. Microsoft’s Kinect platform is currently scheduled to launch on November 4, 2010.

Rock Band 3 is coming and also the newest addition to the game’s musical instrument. “Keytar” is a 25-key, fully functioning MIDI keyboard, which can be played on a stand while the player is sitting or can be strap if you want to stand up. Harmonix also announced the “Pro mode” is a new music learning mode letting players develop real world music playing skills. Rock Band 3 is set to be released for the PS3, 360, Wii, and DS this coming holiday season.
