Apple’s Magic Mouse, World’s First Touch-Sensitive Mouse

Apple unveiled “Magic Mouse,” the world’s first multitouch wireless mouse. This new device is basically the same as the trackpad on our Macbook. Magic Mouse has multi-finger swipes and taps to navigate their Mac and perform basic functions. It also feature a 360 degrees accelerated scrolling for a Web page, photo viewer, or document using a single finger, or quickly scroll up and down in a Web browser by simply swiping two fingers vertically across the top of the mouse.
According to Apple, the new Magic Mouse runs on Mac OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard and is available for free with the new iMacs and can be purchased separately for $69. It is powered by a set of AA batteries, which will last for four months of battery life.
